Oak – Fermented for 7 days on skins, matured for 12 months in new and used French and American hogsheads.

Winemaker’s Tasting Note – Plum & blackberry fruit with spicy notes. This full flavoured Zinfandel shows plenty of concentrated dark berry fruit balanced with well-integrated oak. The finish is neat with a fine tannic profile.

Food Pairing – Chargrilled beef fillet with wild mushrooms.
