Winemaker’s Tasting Note – Layers of concentrated blackberry and blackcurrant fruit meld with spice notes. Warm and generous with fine tannins hsupporting the ripe, spicy fruit and integrated vanilla oak, while the mouthfeel is full and rounded. A long, lingering finish completes the experience.

Food pairing – Seared Kangaroo fillet with Moroccan spices or a rare fillet steak and onions.
