HEAD WINEMAKER
With decades of experience across New Zealand, France and Australia, Tim Heath has become known for his meticulous approach to crafting quality wines.
Tim’s passion and deep understanding of terroir is evident in his winemaking. “My winemaking philosophy is centred on the vineyard. It is the combination of the ‘holy trinity’ that sits at the heart of all great wine – an amazing site, balanced grapevines and a bit of help from Mother Nature.”
When not at work, Tim loves to spend his time in the kitchen or escaping into the wide open spaces of Australia’s outback (glass of wine and campfire are mandatory).
Our Team
We’re 30 years young, but we have more than 130 years of combined experience. We have a diverse team of passionate growers and winemakers, including some 5th generation producers. This combined experience means we know a thing or two about turning high quality grapes into wine you want to drink!
